My adventures so far.
As Staff Product Designer at Jasper AI, I led the design of marketing automation workflows for AI generated content. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and conducted regular user research sessions and customer interviews. I consistently collaborated with the AI Data Science team to align our designs with emerging AI technologies emphasizing future trends to ensure product longevity and adaptability, always advocating for the end user.
As UX Designer at MOO, I championed collaboration across the product team and conducted user research to understand customer needs that informed my product design decisions. I played a pivotal role in launching MOO's first enterprise application, MOO for Business, by aligning UX, Product Management, and Engineering stakeholders. Designing a digital experience for a tangible product being manufactured right down the hall was a unique highlight.
As Senior Product Designer at SurveyMonkey, I collaborated with cross-functional partners to strategize the roadmap for the Analyze user experience, covering survey results, sentiment analysis, and data visualization. My design approach, rooted in user-centered design, led to the creation of a new dashboard tool and reports builder. I also gained valuable insights from data enthusiasts, including the nuances of the pie vs. donut wars, a remarkably contentious debate for such otherwise delicious treats.
As UX Product Design Manager at Eargo, I led design strategy and execution for the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) across multiple phases, guiding a team of digital designers. I managed the digital ecosystem from our eCommerce platform to mobile apps integrated with our FDA regulated Over-the-Counter (OTC) hearing aids. Additionally, I supervised the backend portal user experience, empowering our audiologists to customize our physical products remotely.
